Office 365 Suite

Microsoft Office 365 is a cloud based document, storage, and email management service. It has many different components. The main ones we use at DAIS include

  • Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, OneNote)
  • Outlook (Email, calendars, contacts and tasks)
  • OneDrive (online file storage)
  • Teams (collaborative platform with document sharing, online meetings, etc..)
  • Sharepoint sites (a collaborative space to work with teams)

Office 365 Learning

The tools in the office suite are effective and powerful both online and offline. Most importantly, the tools run efficiently in China. Microsoft offers free training. These tutorials are designed to introduce you to each of the Office programs and apps.
